Theme: “Visualization and Beyond”

Japan Unix’s exhibition at NEPCON Japan, held for the first time in about three years. We will introduce various products and solutions with a new device as the main focus. The exhibition theme is “Visualization and Beyond – Soldering Automation Equipment that Connects People, Products, and Society”. We will propose practical solutions that can be utilized in mass production sites, going beyond mere “visualization” to achieve more.

Process Control for Mass Production

By thoroughly implementing temperature control, soldering process, and traceability, we have made visualization, graphing, recording, and video recording possible. In addition, the stored data can be easily shared and coordinated, leading to an increase in Kaizen speed.

Visualization of Power Consumption

CO2 emissions can be reduced by local heating compared to overall heating. By using low-power heaters such as lasers and robots that consume less power than large-scale facilities and are heated only when necessary, we contribute to achieving the goal of reducing CO2 emissions, which has been a hot topic in recent years.
