Dual-Laser System: Area Laser on Top, Single Laser from the Bottom

What Dual-Laser Soldering Enables

The area laser from the top performs “multi-point simultaneous soldering,” while the single laser from the bottom provides “bottom-up laser soldering.” Although both use laser technology, the differing approaches allow soldering on both sides of the PCB within a single system. The system can also handle components with varying requirements on each side.
